Public Note:
Poor specimen, but the only one. Flesh yellow, stem flesh yellow throughout, stem hard, basal hyphae white, flesh unchanging. Stem and cap surface with olive green tinge. Cap red in NH4OH (not green as McNabb suspected). Spores short. This isn't a Chalciporus. No cystidia seen. Spores length=9.1-11.7µm (µ=10.3, σ=0.62), width=4.9-6.2µm (µ=5.5, σ=0.35), Q=1.6-2.1µm (µ=1.89, σ=0.13), n=20. Clde 47 near Leccinum extremiorientale. Pulveroboletus group
