Public Note:
Pileus 1.7-3.5 cm broad, convex to plano-convex, dry to moist, with dense tufts of fibrils on the disc, squamulose scaly toward margin and the tufts becoming repent, dark brown on the disc, paler brown toward margin, with mild odor and taste. Lamellae adnate at first, adnexed with age, with even edges when young, eroded with age. Stipe 2.5-4 cm long, 2-4 mm broad, central, cylindric to rarely flattened, moist and fragile, silky-shiny, with scattered silky white fibrils on light brown (6E6) ground color, with white basal mycelium.
