Sequence data indicate this is not the same as typical E. perzonatum which Horak says is a synonym of E. translucidum. So, either they aren't synonyms or this is a different species. This specimen has a sequence close to PDD 96905. That has a very distinct odour, which E. translucidum/perzonatum do not. This may be the same as, or close to E. chrysopus.
