Habitat:
At small creeks and wet areas with flowing water between Red Tussock.
Notes:
Abundant in basin, but also grow in tussock land up the slope to the saddle; plants are mostly beyond flowering, but not yet fruiting; leaves with long hispid hairs. Further up the gully on moss under rock overhangs, plants are a lot smaller, e.g., scape 8 cm, leaf length x width (cm): 2.5 x 0.8.
