in sinkhole, on the very steep side, quite moist, in direct contact with limestone substrate
Notes:
Craspedia "Garibaldi" (Druce 1992 & 1993); flowering and beyond flowering; corolla white; tendency to form "mats" of rosettes down the limestone surface, probably associated with almost hydroponic-style watering that it gets from surface water flow; occupies N & S facing sites; in sinkholes in this area are also two other Craspedia: IB 2410 [CHR 668928] Craspedia lanata var elongata and IB 2411 "long hairs" (Druce 1992 & 1993) [IB 2411 no voucher, collected only for cultivation]
