Supplementary remarks:
Drury’s (1970) determination note would suggest he planned to use only the left-hand plant fragment from this sheet as the Holotype for his then unpublished name Gnaphalium limosum. However, his (1972) publication of that name makes no mention of this. Therefore both this entire “duplicate” sheet and the other sheet of CHR 83849 A together constitute the Holotype of G. limosum.
