Habitat:
At bank of track, very wet. Several hundred plants, possibly 1000+ plants.
Notes:
Craspedia (ww) (CHR 638345; West Dome). Plants in early to full to late flowering stages, but not fruiting yet. Corolla, pollen, anthers white. Single to tufted rosettes. Particularly petiole but also leaf lamina dark red at margin. Lamina colour green to red. Lamina covered with numerous short to long hairs, hispid. Leaf 3.8-12 x 1.0-1.5 cm, with widest width at 2.8-10 cm. Scape dark red, tender, 16-19 mm long, with 3-4 small bracts. Glomerule 15-18 mm wide x 8-10 mm high. The specimen with the "photo" tag [CHR 685544 A] was photographed in the field.
