Glomerule white. Craspedia lanata var elongata, Craspedia sp. (CHR 638353; Mytton) / Craspedia sp. (CHR 277655; "marble") and Craspedia sp. (CHR 279053; “LH Peel”) have here an overlapping range. They grow sympatrically at the steep slope above the track from the ridge to Lake Peel in the area in which the track sidles along the steep slope; closest to the ridge grows Craspedia sp. (CHR 279053; “LH Peel”), closest to Deep Creek grows Craspedia lanata var elongata and a small patch of Craspedia sp. (CHR 638353; Mytton) / Craspedia (CHR 277655; "marble"); in one gully C. lanata var elongata and C. sp. (CHR 638353; Mytton) / Craspedia (CHR 277655; "marble") grow sympatrically and there are also intermediate forms.
