Habitat:
Edge of subalpine creek, with Chionochloa, Celmisia semicordata, Aciphylla colensoi and Veronica. Growing right next to (i.e. leaves intermixed) with A. glaucescens (3670)..
Notes:
Single hybrid seen. Aciphylla colensoi abundant here in gullies. Aciphylla glaucescens uncommon and only next to creeks. Possibly Aciphylla ferox also present.
