Silver beech on ridge. Growing on northern side trunk approx 1.5 m above the ground.

Notes:
Plant approx 750 mm across. Root system was splayed over host trunk. No obvious browse.
Other DOC staff mentioned that possum numbers would be likely to be low due to high rainfall and limited food availability.
