The trio RANamp, RANgla, RANmap are a difficult set, especially without flowers and fruits. RANmap has a hollow stem, and is larger than the others. RANgla is usually shiny above. RANamp is usually the less dissected but leaf dissection can be quite varied in the same site from shallow to deeper water. (Ranunculus amphitrichus: always a matter for debate without flowers but most doubtful ones turn out to be RANamp on followup.).
