Abundant within an area of c. 20 × 5 m² on Gouland Downs limestone; not seen anywhere else
Notes:
Open flat top on edge of limestone bluff on western side of limestone area, just north of Downs Cave entrance; major component of turf vegetation; very shallow rendzina soils; excessive drainage and very exposed to the west; drought-prone.
