Specimen notes
Supplementary remarks:
Senecio glaucophyllus Cheesm. ssp. Raouli (Hook.f.) Ornduff ined. While this plant may appear discoid in the wild, A.P.Druce informs me that plants of it brought to sea-level and grown in the garden produced ray florets
[Unknown], [unknown]
Supplementary remarks:
With a certain amount of reluctance I am calling this S.glaucophyllus ssp. discoideus. I really feel that this specimen is better considered as ssp. discoideus than raoulii; this, then, is the only known North Island station for ssp. discoideus. R.Ornduff in letter to L.B.Moore Listed under subsp. discoides by R.Ornduff T.R.S.N.Z. 88, p.73
