Supplementary remarks:
I have some doubts as to this being identical with H. kirkii. The leaves are generally wider and of a brighter grn tho' some leaves closely resemble H. kirkii in size & shape. The cell structure is the same. The Per l. and the lacys + turgid vaginule are similar and the operc has a long slender beak. M[??] punts has 2 intermediate cilia. The plant is gonioautoicous. Male infl. is small hids in axils of l. on female branch.
