Notes:
path was made in 1938 and was well used in 1940s - 1960s, this species seems to have always been there (for ~ 70 years). Vegetative parts and inflorescences collected at different times (vegetative material: 10 August 2010; flowers: 6 September 2010). ID 2010/0038 sterile material grown by Tim Park (Greater Wellington), sourced from reserve near Takaka, and identified by Leon Perrie as "probably Nassella tenuissima".
