Notes:
Tufted plant forming a large dense cushion. Leaves in rosettes, silvery, 2-3.5 mm across the rosette, individual leaves usually 1.5-2.5 mm long, obovate or rhombic-obovate, densely appressed white hairy, also with marginal and proximal (lower surface) fine curly hairs. Phyllaries c. 3.5 mm long, linear, white. Common in this habitat.
