Habitat:
Side of small stream just above river flat, fairly dry site.
Notes:
Clump-forming herb. Leaves shining deep green, chanelled above. Inflor. to nearly 50 cm long, dense; scape brown. Perianth deep yellow, c. 1 cm across; segments c. 3 mm long, ± elliptic-oblong. Locally common. Mostly past flowering at this low altitude.
