Habitat:
Mountain beech forest in valley bottom, by waterfall.
Notes:
Shrub 2-2.5 m high, forming a small thicket. Leaves aromatic when bruised (typical "elder" scent). Corymbs to c. 12 cm across. Flowers foetid, white. Corolla lobes 2-3 mm long, broad elliptic to suborbicular. Species not seen elsewhere in the area of Mt Bush.
