Supplementary remarks:
New species allied to L. oleraceum but differing in suberect spreading growth habit; basal, mid and upper stem leaves that are deeply toothed and/or lacerate; flowers with 2-4 stamens, and by the orbicular notced silicula. Known only from Mangere and Little Mangere Islands.
