Leaf narrow V, fleshy, thick edged. Stem green, sterile bracts 2. Flowers 2- several. Perianth mauve. Sepals brownish on back mid-line. Dorsal, lateral petals with darker stripes. Column mauve. Post anther lobe reddish with yellow margins. Column arms with yellow fimbriae. No perfume. Amphidiploid.
