Microscope Slide no. 1831 (poor slide) Counted by MI Dawson, 11 July 1991 Counts of about 2n = c.54 may be attributable to Thelymitra brevifolia, and those higher chromosome counts of 2n = c.62 may be attributable to a T. carnea or T. rubra, contaminant [see CHR 584340], but there are too few cells suitable for chromosome counts to be certain.
