On rotting Olearia logs in paddock.
Notes:
Fruiting copiously. Marginal cilia sparse - not branche. Thallus loosely attached, adaxial surface pale green-grey when fresh, reticulate cracked - not maulate, surface becoming rugose-bullate with age and scrufing off along ridges exposing white medulla. Lower surface with prominent naked, brown marginal zone, otherwise moderately covered in rhizines. Rhizines simple, (apparently not branched).
