Habitat type: RoadVerge. Habitat note: Roadside verge - not long grass. Talked to farmer here. Paddocks on one side Ploughed field on other. The plants we found here he planted in a field the previous season and probably came of his combine harvested (he said). Surrounding land use: Paddock. Site undisturbed. Site not controlled by mowing or spraying.
Notes:
4 plants in the population. Flow profile consistent with Brassica napus: ratio of 0.393 relative to Hieracium pilosella × H. caespitosum (Main peak = 214.25, Control peak = 544.63) - see Heenan et al. (2004). Was plant number 60/1/3 (Gene flow assessment project 2003 collection number).
