Crack in concrete paving.
Notes:
A single multi-stemmed plant, with thick woody rootstock. Could be from a wind-carried fruit from an earlier occurrence of the species ± 1 km. distant - site of old Addington Railway workshops. Rootstock growing on to check identification of the plant.
