Habitat:
Extensively naturalised down slope of an old chicken run. Forming thickets up to 2 m tall and 2-5 m across.
Notes:
Paltns with a stout woody trunk. No fruits seen and spread must be vegetative. Flowers tubular, pendulous, yellow to yellow-orange, scarcely opening, insides dark red.
