Backcross in introgressed swarm involving mainly pure K. ericoides var. linearis, some K. aff. ericoides (K. "latifolia") planted or naturalised) in pine plantation, on greywacke, nearby. This hybrid is very close to pure "linearis" but leaves shorter and broader than usual, and long stringy bark recalls K. aff. ericoides (K. "latifolia").
