Major swarm along roadside. This specimen an apparent backcross to K. ericoides var. linearis differing mainly by the shorter, broader hypanthia with broader calyx lobes. Putative parents common in the vicinity (K. ericoides var. linearis AK 287949; K. "latifolia" AK 288033).
