Supplementary remarks:
I agree with Zanten that this is a mixture of R. cuspidigerum var. convolutaceum and R. strumiferum. Zanten has isolated the var convolutaceum component; my notes refer to this component of the collection. Setae c. 230 µm diam nr. base, c. 16–18 mm. Capsules without struma, 650–800 µm diam. at midurn; no calyptra seen.
