Habitat:
Seedlings in carrot and parsnip rows, vegetable garden.
Notes:
Now an abundant weed in my garden. Originated from several immature plants brought from laboratory premises [Rahdal Consultants, Dr R.A. Harrison and Dr. Lowe], Sockburn, Canterbury. Roots red. Plants to 6cm with flower buds on terminal shoots and in axils of stem leaves. Seedling "A" - above ground position 1.50cm, tap root 3.50cm.
