Notes:
Young trees about 2-3m high. Shoots light brown. Buds purplish-brown, resinous. Leaves densely arranged on upper side of shoot and more or less erect, glaucous beneath leaves, shining deep green above. Specimens from different trees. Cultivated as this species. On north slope, young, open plantation.
