Habitat:
Road frontage near farm building. Amongst other vines.
Notes:
Liane scrambling through other lianoid shrubs. Young shoots purple on exposed side. Leaves glaucous beneath with purple midrib. Leaf pair immediately below inflorescence not connate. Peduncles glandular-hairy. Flowers fragrant. Corolla rosy-purple outside, whitish inside, 3.7-3.8cm long; tube about 2cm long; limb 1.6-1.9cm long, 2-lipped. Anthers more or less orange. Cultivation relic? Adventive.
