Habitat:
Top of slope facing north and bordering a pasture.
Notes:
Tree 7-8m high, dense and widespreading. Trunk very stout with rough bark, not collected. Foliage deep green, with typical "macrocarpa scent". Cones about 2.5cm long, oblong, dark brown and somewhat shining. One of a windbreak of such cultivated trees.
