Habitat:
Chionochloa rigida tussock grassland on 20° south east slope near range crest. Well drained soil.
Notes:
Flowers: 12-20 mm (all seeding). Scape: 15-20 cm. Leaves usually 4 cm to 6 cm maximum length. Flowers white. Plants with moderately fragrant smell. Leaves (both surfaces) with sparse to moderately dense cottony hairs upon tips of multicellular hairs. Cottony hairs more dense along leaf margins.
