Habitat:
Scrub and open areas such as along the track margin. Dianella "Bog" and D. "Waima" also present and an array of intermediate forms that almost certainly represent hybrids between all three species.
Notes:
Spreading rhizomes, narrow and bicoloured leaves - with a distinct dark marginal band.
