Habitat:
Open flat area covered with coarse herbs herbs.
Notes:
Corms yellow or orange inside. Base of stem purplish - sheathed. Leaves ± distichous. I nflorescence 70-80cm high. Perianth pink, c.10cm long, ± irregular; lower slender part of tube c.3cm long; lobes 5-6cm long, with rosy purple base. Anthers c.1.5cm long. Flowers leaning forward and ± secund.
