Notes:
Hoheria sp. aff. populnea "Poor Knights". Forming an upright small tree 2.5 - 4m tall, branches few, spreading. Leaves lucid dark green above, paler beneath. This taxon has a strong morphological resemblance to a young citrus tree, so much so that my attention was drawn to it by one of our party as a possible Citrus escape!. (As cited by M. Heads, N.Z.J.Bot. 38:373-377 (2000). Redmond DN, 8 Jan 2001.)
Observed species:
Alectryon excelsus var. grandis
