Habitat:
Valley bottom, near base of old scree, very low scrub.
Notes:
Shrub with spreading habit and erect lateral branches c.20cm high. Leaves sloping forwards. "Fruit" erect; receptacle 8-10mm long, ± ellipsoid-oblong, often ± laterally compressed, shining crimson. Seed bright green, protruding c.5mm. Very common loca.
