Habitat:
Amongst low subalpine shrub, just above pine plantations.
Notes:
Young trees 3-4m high; trunks still ± smooth, grey. Habit very open. Buds resinous. Leaves in twos. Shoots light shining brown in 2nd season. No cones. A number of trees. Possibly planted for experiment.
