Roadside, base of west-facing cliff, dry site.
Notes:
Succulent subshrub with stout erect main stem 15-25cm high; lateral branches few. Leaves in terminal rosettes (only those on lateral branches available), to c.7.5x3cm, green, spathulate, flat on upper side; margins red towards mucronulate apex, antrorsely ciliate. .
