Notes:
Many trunked, bushy tree, height about 5m. Old bark grey, peeling in vertical strips. Younger wood grey-brown, raised lenticels. New growth upright, cane-like. Leaves hairy on underside midrib, on petioles and veins. Berries bright red, round with flattened end, in bunches from ends of branches.
