Near house, beneath tree canopy. Cultivation relic.
Notes:
Shrub c.2m high, soft-wooded, forming a thicket, layering. Leaves foetid when bruised. Flowers pendent. Calyx 10-11cm long, +/- inflated. Corolla c.20cm long (i.e. tube), orange red towards top, yellow beneath; lobes c.2cm long, reflexed, orange-red. Fruit oblong-ellipsoid, 7.5cm long, pendent. Very few forming. Seeds dark brown.
