Notes:
Clump-forming bamboo with shortly running rhizomes. Culms 4-6m high, green, becoming yellow in second or third year. A few culms wwith congested basal nodes; culms generally glaucous-white when young. Culm sheaths spotted towards apex, yellowish-brown. Old ones from ground (remote possibility from a different plant). See Wood Collection
