Habitat:
Extensive blanket bog on very gentle slope, fully in the open.
Notes:
On relatively drier hummocks of bog, with Rhacomtrium, Dracophyllum prostratum, lichens. (Dicranoloma robustum "peatland scoparium form" Costa at mid leaf c. 90 µm wide, with 6-7 guide cells, two stereid bands, no abaxial wings. [Fife AJ])
