Cultivated on dry slope.
Notes:
Small tree 6-7m. Bark pinkish-brown beneath. Shoots pale fawn. Buds very resinous. Leaves white-banded beneath, rather yellowish-green above (a sign of environmentally-caused stress); radially arranged on adult shoots (the only one available). Cones erect, purple resinous, 8-9cm long, scales included.
