Notes:
Species is always confined to calcareous substrates in the Kawhia ranges while near the coast it shows no set substrate preference Blechnum sp. `Green Bay'. Also with Dactylis glomerata, Holcus lanatus, Geranium robertianum, Senecio minimus.
