Habitat:
Valley bottom, margin of dense stand of adventive scrub forest.
Notes:
Shrub 2-2.5m high, open habit. Leaves dark green above, not foetid when bruised. Fruit 8-10mm long, glossy white, broadly oblong to almost square. Abundant and one of the worst weeds in the inland and montane parts of Rarotonga.
