Metrosideros dominant forest, on gentle slope of volcanic rubble. Shade.
Notes:
Succulent herb tending to form a loose mat; stems becoming erect towards apex. Inflorescence erect, its branches pink. Leaves rather pale grey green and punctate. Petals 4,6-(7)mm long, narrowly triangular, rose in bud, becoming whitish at full anthesis. See Supplementary Labels (two)
