Notes:
Flat, pohutukawa forest. Cultivation relic. Tree c. 10m high. Thornless. Trunk very thick, 30-40cm diameter. Leaves dark glossy green above. Fruit very large, 11-14cm across, flattened somewhat, otherwise subglobose, yellow; skin very thick. Pulp segments colourless, sweet, not very juicy. A very old tree probably dating back to the last century. Probably from the same tree as Sykes 454/K. The Raoul Id "pommelo".
