Habitat:
Steep slope, amongst thyme bushes.
Notes:
Thymus vulgaris Herb with thick taproot; aerial parts often strongly suffused with dark red where exposed to strong light. Leaflets glaucescent below. Inflor. globular Sepals forming a cup, dark reddish-flushed. Filaments pale pink. Stigmas bright rose. Fairly common, but only present where protected from stock by thyme.
