In tall plantation shrubbery near pond. +/- adventive.
Notes:
Culms c. 4m high. Rhizomes creeping. Culms deep green. Branches in upper part only, tending to arch over with leaves sloping downwards; otherwise plant erect. Leaves glaucescent below. Spread from a single stock.
